General Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, though exceptions may occur for back-ordered items or products shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times for in-stock items typically range from 3 to 10 business days. Items in the same order may ship separately. If any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you. For inventory availability or estimated shipping times, please contact us via phone or email.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate different delivery needs:

• Economy Shipping – A budget-friendly option that may take 6-10 business days for delivery. This option may not include detailed tracking, only delivery confirmation.
• Standard Ground Shipping – Our preferred shipping method. Most orders placed by 1:00 PM local time will be processed the same day. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours.
• Expedited Shipping (3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day Air) – Faster shipping options are available for urgent orders. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM local time for same-day processing. If expedited shipping is unavailable for a particular order, we will notify the customer. Tracking is usually provided within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Information

We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for non-freight shipments. At this time, we ship within the United States only. Orders placed for international addresses outside of the US may be canceled and refunded. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, should contact us for customized shipping arrangements.
