Work order/custom quote for MP5SD conversion services. This is a work order to have your rifle/pistol converted. ( MP5SD-K or MP5SDK-RS options available under “barrel/kit options”. )

  • SD front end kit US made

Included Services:

  • Recovery/extraction of parts from the factory assembly
  • Cleaning, refurbishing, spring replacement and parkerizing/black finishing, on warn parts
  • Barrel pressing and head spacing/bolt gapping
  • Precise and meticulous tig welding of all necessary components
  • Jig secured during welding and laser bore sighted
  • Test firing
  • Fitting and final finish

  • Send to the Black Ops Defense shop address only.
  • Be sure to include an invoice or a note with your name on it, to indicate that the parts are yours.
  • Please have your dealer E-MAIL a photo or scan of their FFL for the transfer. (if applicable)
  • Please E-MAIL a photo or a scan of your ID for our records.
  • Indicate your return shipping address in the “shipping address” field during checkout. Contact us if different than your ID to confirm.
  • All firearms will ship with signature confirmation (insurance is extra, see above options)
  • Shipping fee overcharges will be refunded once we know your actual return shipping cost, if applicable.
  • Add NFA engraving info, date codes, or other project details to the "notes" section during checkout (on the credit card processing and check out page).
