    This is an MP5 .40 Cal parts kit build in semi-auto, using original HK parts, HK barrel and the US made 40/10 receiver flat kit. The build was done by Black Ops Defense to our highest quality standard!

    The demilled MP5 machinegun parts were refurbished and reused to build this all HK parts, semi-auto version of the HK MP5 40. ( Similar to the HK SP5/94, in .40 Caliber )

    Shown in possible SBR and pistol configurations. ( Rifle configurations also available )

    Additional Instructions:

    • Please have your dealer E-MAIL a photo or scan of their FFL for the transfer.
    • If you are sending your receiver back for markings after transfer, please E-MAIL a photo or a scan of your ID for our records. Contact us if your shipping address is different than your ID to confirm.
    • Indicate your return shipping address in the "shipping address" section during checkout, and include your dealer's address and FFL in the "dealer section", if available.
    • All firearms will ship with signature confirmation ( insurance is extra, see work order options )
    • Shipping fee overcharges will be refunded once we know your actual shipping cost, if applicable.
    • Add NFA engraving info, date codes, or other project details to the "notes" section during checkout (on the credit card processing and check out page).

    This item requires the shipment of a firearm. Please carefully review everything below to insure we can process your order as efficiently as possible.
    • Please have your dealer E-MAIL a photo or scan of their FFL for the transfer, ASAP. (if you didn't upload one during checkout)
    • If you are having NFA engraving done for your tax stamp, be sure to E-MAIL that information over exactly as you'd like it to appear on your firearm, ASAP. ( if it was not noted in the notes section during checkout )
    • All firearms will ship with signature confirmation (insurance is extra, at customers request only)
    • Shipping fee overcharges will be refunded once we know your actual shipping, if applicable.
    • If you are sending your receiver back for markings after transfer, please E-MAIL a photo or a scan of your ID for our records. ( If we are shipping back to an address other than the address on your ID or billing address, please send that info as well ).
