Most items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom items could take longer depending on the work necessary, Contact us for specific details.
Any firearm ( Rifle, pistol, SBR, AOW or any other NFA item ) can be shipped to a licensed dealer, in the US. Before shipping, always acquire a copy of the dealers FFL. Always ship to the address on the FFL only. We will provide a copy of our license for shipping, after you place your order.
No, as long as you already own the firearm and have already gone through the background check process to acquire it, we can ship the gun back to you directly. ( If you are purchasing a firearm from us, see “How do I purchase a firearm from Black Ops Defense”. )
Contact us for a custom quote. The gun will ship to a local dealer in your area. You will be able to pick it up and do the proper paperwork on it at that time. Have your dealer e-mail over a copy of their license for our records.
Shipping will be custom quoted per job/order. Our standard shipping procedure included shipping only with signature confirmation and tracking. Insurance is additional at customer’s request only.
Payment for services and parts are up-front, in full. If you would like to put a deposit on a project, contact us to work out a payment plan ( we will do our best to work with you! ). Custom projects will not be placed into the build queue until full payment is received.
Each type of project will have a different overall wait time. In general most projects will go from at least a few weeks, to being done over the course of a few months. We do not quote exact ETAs or completion dates and we do not agree to specific deadlines in any case. Contact us for a better idea of wait time for your specific project.
It’s simple… There is only some much time in a day, we are a small custom shop and we build each of these guns, by hand, as if it were our own! We do not cut any corners and we do the job right or we don’t do it at all. See each custom service for more details on what to expect from our craftsmanship.
